Anti-rail engineering professor and two-time mayoral also-ran Panos Prevedouros is having some friends in town to talk about the project.
Panos is moderating a pair of panels in late February. Participants include:

- Randal O’Toole — CATO Institute
- Randall Roth — University of Hawaii law professor, “Broken Trust” author, plaintiff in lawsuit against rail
The first panel starts at 6 p.m. Feb. 28 at Kapolei Hale, according to a flyer. The second is the following day at the Mission Memorial Auditorium downtown, from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
