The results from Civil Beat’s latest poll may surprise you: Democratic opponents Mazie Hirono and Ed Case are neck-and-neck in the race for U.S. Senate. 

The race is a dead heat, with the gap between Hirono and Case within the poll’s +/- 2.7 percent margin of error.
