Christopher Deedy, a U.S. State Department agent accused in the Waikiki death of a local man just before APEC, has gone home.

KITV reports that the 27-year-old took a late-night flight back to Virginia after Circuit Judge Karen Ahn granted him permission to leave Friday afternoon.
