The Hawaii State Teachers Association will be briefing teachers on their new proposed contract with the state Tuesday evening.

But our Katherine Poythress has already obtained a copy of the 12-page document the union shared with its members to explain the contract. While it answers some questions, many are left unanswered, such as how big is the actual raise pool for both performance pay increases and step increases.
