Here’s an announcement Hawaii’s Congressional delegation has no doubt been wishing and waiting for:
Beginning June 7, United Airlines will add nonstop service between Washington Dulles and Honolulu.
The carrier will fly the route with Boeing 767-400 jets. United says the route to its Dulles hub will be its eighth between Hawaii and the U.S. mainland. The airline also flies from Hawaii to Tokyo, Guam and Majuro (Marshall Islands).
