Members talked about how there’s no plan to fund the park, so there’s no good reason to condemn the private land where the park would sit at this point in time.
But the debate’s not over yet. Tulsi Gabbard has now floated her own amendment that would only remove the purple spot — light industrial zoning in Lualualei Valley.
“I support removing the purple spot so that there is the possibility of this being used in that agricultural use,” she said moments ago.
