The city returned to Thomas Square Tuesday to continue enforcing the ban on private property on the sidewalk.

It’s the third time this month that’s happened to Occupy Honolulu, and, according to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser (subscription required), the number of items marked for removal has dropped each time — from 31 to 16 and now to seven.
