• Three Senate Committees will meet at 1:15 p.m. in Conference Room 224. The agenda includes a bill calling for preference for the use of American iron, steel and manufactured goods in the construction, alteration or repair of public works. 

An hour later, two House committees will meet at 2:15 p.m. in Conference Room 325. The agenda includes a House bill calling for the same thing.

• Two House committees will meet at 2 p.m. in Conference Room 325. The agenda includes a measure creating the crime of financial exploitation of an elder. 

• Senate Economic Development and Technology will meet at 2:30 p.m. in Conference Room 016. The sole agenda item is a bill increasing tax credits for film and digital media production.
