A selective list of bills and briefings for Friday at the Capitol:

• Senate Judiciary will meet at 10 a.m. in Conference Room 016. The agenda includes bills regarding using interactive conference technology to increase the ability of members of state and county boards and commissions to attend board meetings.

NOTE: Thursday was the first lateral deadline for bills, meaning that they “must be on their way to their last referred committee,” according to House Communications Queen Georgette Deemer.

Another way to look at it: The 2012 session is one-third over.
