A selective list of bills and briefings Tuesday at the Capitol:

• Senate Public Safety will meet to hear measures on parole and offender reentry programs, including compassionate release for the ill or disabled.

• Two House committees will meet to hear measures on photovoltaic systems and overnight accommodations on agricultural lands.

• House Judiciary has so many interesting bills on its agenda that we don’t know where to begin: Ethics! Sunshine Law! Eating cats and dogs! Breastfeeding! Mitch Kahle!
