• Two Senate committees will meet to address a bill that eliminates posting hard-copy notices of public meetings and requires electronic posts instead.
• Two House committees will meet to discuss amending the definition of mixed martial arts to describe a full contact sport where the objective is to physically damage the opponent.
• House Judiciary will meet to hear a number of bills, including one that prohibits adults from soliciting minors to electronically send nude images of minors — and for minors to send pics to other minors.
• House Finance and Senate Ways and Means will meet to listen to groups discuss grants-in-aide. Dozens of applicants, who range from the Arc of Hilo to Friends of Iolani Palace to Poi Dogs Popoki, have been invited.
