A selective list of bills and briefings Monday at the Capitol:

• Two Senate committees will meet to consider the state’s proposal to give the Office of Hawaiian Affairs Kakaako land valued at $200 million.

• Senate Judiciary and Labor will meet to address a bill defining “permanent resident” for reapportionment purposes.

• House Finance will meet to weigh several bills on improving the state’s broadband capacity. Finance will also meet with House Legislative Management to deal with related measures.
