A selective list of bills and briefings Friday at the Capitol:

• House Water, Land & Ocean Resources will meet at 9 a.m. in Conference Room 325. The agenda includes a bill that would require Aloha Stadium to pay the University of Hawaii 25 percent of all stadium revenue from UH events.

Also, the committee will meet at 10:10 a.m., also in Conference Room 325. That agenda includes a bill to allow the Hawaii Community Development Authority re-acquire the makai gateway park and the Honolulu Ford parcel in Kakaako. 

• House Health will meet at 9 a.m. in Conference Room 329. The agenda includes a bill that would establish a tracking system for sales of pseudoephedrine and another that makes CPR good Samaritans immune from liability.

• House and Senate committees on Water and Land will meet at 10:30 a.m. in Conference Room 325. The sole agenda item is to hear DLNR provide a briefing on the sale or exchange of Sand Island parcels to leaseholders.

• House Judiciary will meet at 2 p.m. in Conference Room 325. The agenda includes a number of measures concerning cybercrime.

• Senate Economic Development and Technology will meet at 2:30 p.m. in Conference Room 016. The agenda also includes cybercrime bills.

• Senate Health will meet at 2:45 p.m. in Conference Room 229. The agenda includes a bill concerning treatment of dangerous people in emergency rooms.
