A selective list of bills and briefings Wednesday at the Capitol:

House Human Services will meet at 10 a.m. in Conference Room 325. The agenda includes a bill that appropriates money for a Safe Haven program for homeless people on state-owned land.

Two Senate committees will meet at 1:15 p.m. in Conference Room 016. The agenda includes a bill that requires Internet dating services to provide safety awareness notification to their Hawaii members.

Three Senate committees will meet at 1:15 p.m. in Conference Room 016. The sole agenda item is a bill creating a China-Hawaii economic strategic plan working group. 

Senate Economic Development will meet at 2:15 p.m. in Conference Room 016. The agenda includes measures regarding broadband access, computer fraud and sexual images produced by minors. 

Senate Hawaiian Affairs will meet at 2:45 p.m. in Conference Room 224. The agenda includes a bill that would allow the chair of Hawaiian Home Lands to suspend rules in order to award a lease to a Native Hawaiian who has been waiting 20 years.

Hawaiian Affairs will also meet with Senate Energy and Environment to consider a bill that requires draft and final environmental assessments to include a cultural impact assessment
