A selective list of bills and briefings Thursday at the Capitol:

House Energy and Environment will meet at 8:30 a.m. in Conference Room 325. The agenda includes a bill repealing the 10 percent ethanol requirement for gasoline. 

House Economic Revitalization will meet at 8:30 a.m. in Conference Room 312. The agenda includes measures relating to film tax credits as well as decision making on a couple of broadband bills.

Senate Consumer Protection will meet at 9 a.m. in Conference Room 229. The agenda includes a bill requiring that pet dealers inform buyers if a cat or dog has deformities or illnesses.

Senate Judiciary will meet at 9:30 a.m. in Conference Room 016. The agenda includes a bill requiring employers with 20-plus employees to provide a clean location for breastfeeding, and another allowing campaign funds to be used for scholarships.

Two Senate Committees will meet at 1:15 p.m. in Conference Room 016. The agenda includes a measure requires the state to establish designated safe areas for homeless persons to live until permanent housing becomes available.

House Judiciary will meet at 2 p.m. in Conference Room 325. The agenda includes measures calling for speed and red light “image detector” systems — cameras.

Senate Public Safety will meet at 2:45 p.m. in Conference Room 224. The agenda includes bills allowing probation officers to carry electric guns and for counties to impound cars used in prostitution.
