Five-Day Legislative Recess Begins

It starts Thursday (Feb. 23) and runs a week until March 1.

No floor sessions for the House or Senate. But, hearings and briefings continue, as does constituent work.

And fundraising. During recess, at least one lawmaker — Sen. Michelle Kidani — will hold a fundraiser at Mandalay Restaurant Feb. 28. She’s asking for $100 donations.
