Hundreds of Plastic Bags Strewn Across Capitol Lawn

Environmental groups have littered the state Capitol lawn with plastic bags to raise awareness about the single-use bag bills making their way through the Ledge. 

A hearing on Senate Bill 2511 will be heard Thursday at 2:45 at the Capitol – Room 225.
