Kaneshige Leaves DCCA for UH

Everett Kaneshige, deputy director of the state’s Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, resigned Jan. 31 to take a job with the Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii.

It’s unclear why Kaneshige left. Civil Beat left several messages with DCCA Director Kealii Lopez.
