We went through Mayor Peter Carlisle and challenger Kirk Caldwell‘s filings earlier, as well as those of Ikaika Anderson and Tom Berg, who are up for re-election in the Honolulu City Council.

With Romy Cachola and Nestor Garcia term-limited out of office and four other members not up for re-election until 2014, that leaves only Ann Kobayashi as a last-day incumbent filer.

Kobayashi raised $67,000 in the second half of 2011, according to her disclosure report, filed today. Plumbers & Pipefitters PAC was the only organization to kick in the maximum of $4,000, according to her itemized contribution list.

Kobayashi spent $17,000 in the period — nearly half of it on food and parking for a September fundraiser, according to her expenditure report. She had $71,000 cash on hand as of Dec. 31. No challenger for her District 5 seat has yet announced.
