Marine Sgt. Benjamin Johns was found not guilty in a court-martial in Kaneohe Thursday in the case of the hazing of a fellow Marine who later committed suicide, KITV reports.

Last week, another Marine was given 30 days in jail and will have his rank reduced to private first class after pleading guilty to assault, acknowledged he punched and kicked Lance Cpl. Harry Lew shortly before he killed himself.

A third Marine, Lance Cpl. Carlos Orozco III, will face a court-martial later this year.
