Parents and community members seem to think so.

The principal of Waimea Middle Public Conversion Charter School was fired by the school’s board this month, with no warning or explanation to parents. All this despite the fact that he did very well in his latest performance review.

Principal John Colson was supposed to work through March 31, but a Civil Beat reader informs us he hasn’t been to work since Feb. 6.

Parents want answers, as you will see in Randy Horne‘s Community Voice about the firing.
