UH Fire Caused by Wiring

A fire that broke out in the University of Hawaii‘s financial management building Sunday and smoldered through Monday was likely caused by a malfunctioning wiring system.

UH officials said that while the office is completely unusable, student loan records and payroll information are safe because they are stored remotely on servers.
