White House: What’s Your Story?

The White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders has announced finalists in a video contest that asked Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders to share their stories. 

At least one finalist is from Hawaii. Waianae resident Kamu Kapoi tells the story of how learning traditional navigation on the E Ala changed his life.
