4.25-inch Kaneohe Hailstone Sets New Record

Turns out the freak storm that dropped hail on Oahu two weeks ago helped set a new state record.

National Weather Service officials announced today that a 4.25-inch hailstone that fell on the morning of March 9 is the largest ever in Hawaii.
