Decision making for House Finance began around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday (Feb. 29) and things didn’t wrap up until about 2:30 a.m. Thursday (March 1).
That’s the way Chair Marcus Oshiro likes to do things, though, especially facing a first decking deadline Friday (March 2) for bills to stay alive.
In the morning, there were a lot bleary-eyed folks walking zombie-like through the Capitol.
