The call was received at 7:45 a.m. regarding an overflowing at 44-217 Mikiola Drive. ENV crews secured the site at 8:30 a.m. Heavy rains and storm water inundated the collection system causing 2,250 gallons of untreated wastewater out a manhole and into a canal that leads to Kaneohe Bay.
On Tuesday, the city battled sewage spills in Palolo and along Kalanianaole Highway.
