Mayor Peter Carlisle has announced the size of his operating and capital improvement budgets for Fiscal Year 2013: $1.95 billion and $577 million, respectively.
Carlisle says his goal is to leave Honolulu in sound financial position by working to “bend the debt curve downward.”
