  • 5:00 pm—Mayor Carlisle delivers remarks at the Pearl Harbor Federal Credit Union 75th Annual Banquet. Sheraton Waikiki Hotel. 

Monday, March 12th

  • 11:00 am—Mayor Carlisle delivers remarks at a grand opening and dedication ceremony for a new extension of Kapolei Parkway. Intersection of Kapolei Parkway and Alohikea Street.
  • 6:30 pm—Mayor Carlisle delivers remarks at a Faith Action for Community Equity (FACE) and Ohana Housing Network Oahu public meeting regarding affordable housing. St. Elizabeth’s Episcopal Church. 

Wednesday, March 14th

  • 8:00 am—Mayor Carlisle delivers remarks at the Associated Contractors of America Annual Convention. Hilton Hawaiian Village.
  • 6:30 pm—Mayor Carlisle is a guest speaker at the Kalihi Business Association Annual Dinner and Installation event. Honolulu Country Club.

Friday, March 16th

  • 9:00 am—Mayor Carlisle presents the Mayor’s Trophy at the Windward Orchid Society 32nd Annual Spring Show, “Go Green with Orchids.” S.W.King Intermediate School.
