Cayetano Finishes Hoopili Testimony

Former governors, John Waihee and Ben Cayetano both testified that the Hoopili development would displace some of the best farmland in the state.

They argued that reclassifying the 1,500 acres for development flaunted the state constitutional mandate to protect prime ag land.  Stay tuned for the story.
