Former Gov. Ben Cayetano is set to hold his first fundraiser in his run for mayor tonight.

It’s scheduled for 5:30 p.m. and the suggested donation is $500 per person, according to a fundraiser notice filed with the Campaign Spending Commission today by Sam Callejo.

It’s at a private residence — 2549 Tantalus Drive. Tax records show that a $4.3 million property at that address belongs to Michael and Patricia O’Neill.

A Michael E. O’Neill served as chairman and CEO of Bank of Hawaii from 2000 to 2004, according to Forbes. Not sure if it’s the same guy, but it’s possible.
