After lots of debate, the Honolulu City Council has passed — on first reading — HART’s proposed budgets and bond float for Fiscal Year 2013.
They now head to the Budget Committee, and still have a looooooong way to go before adoption.
In particular, Ikaika Anderson raised questions about whether the council should approve the bond float if it doesn’t intend to sell the bonds next March.
