It’s set for Thursday (March 1) morning at the Capitol.
If it passes Senate WAM and Judiciary, that bodes well for a full floor vote and for consideration in the House.
If it does not pass — or if it’s dramatically amended — the state’s proposal on giving the Office of Hawaii Affairs $200 million in Kakaako land to settle ceded-land payments may be in trouble.
