Dedication of Cecil L. Heftel Post Office

It’s set for 10:30 a.m. at the Waialae-Kahala Station, 4354 Pahoa Ave.

The program will include remarks by Frank J. Santos, A/District manager, USPS Honolulu; Rebecca Heftel, widow of Cecil L. Heftel; and Congresswoman Colleen Hanabusa.

Hanabusa introduced the bill that made it happen. Cec Heftel represented Hawaii’s 1st Congressional District for five terms.
