Rep. Pono Chong‘s fundraiser is at EAT Catering & Cafe ($50 donation). Same goes for Rep. Denny Coffman‘s fundraiser ($50 donation).
Oddly, Chong did not state which House district he is running for. He is one of the six sets of House incumbents on Oahu who were reapportioned out of their district.
In 2011, Chong received campaign contributions from HSTA, HMSA, Monsanto, Hawaiian Telcom, First Hawaiian Bank, Hawaii Association of Realtors, John Radcliffe and Red Morris and Citizens for Responsive Government (Calvin Say‘s PAC).
Coffman received money from Say’s PAC, too, as well as HSTA, HMSA, Hawaii Association of Realtors, First Hawaiian Bank, Hawaii Carpenters Local 745 and Anheuser-Busch.
