Sylvia Luke, a leader of a faction of state House representatives that have challenged the leadership of Speaker Calvin Say, presented a mathematical analysis that she says demonstrates that reapportionment lines were drawn deliberately to favor Say supporters.
Another dissident, Della Au Belatti, even used the G-word — gerrymandering.
