Gov. Neil Abercrombie and Hawaii teachers are again at loggerheads over HSTA’s latest contract proposal. The governor called HSTA’s proposal “fiscally irresponsible and devoid of reasonable policy regarding standards and performance” and offered his own settlement in its place.
