HART‘s Audit/Legal Affairs Committee gathers at 9 a.m., and the board of directors meets at 10. Both are at Kapolei Hale. Here are the juiciest items:

  • Litigation Status Update (ALAC)
  • Archaeological Inventory Survey Status Updat (ALAC)
  • HART Budget (BoD)
  • Quarterly Progress Report (BoD)

An earlier version of the committee meeting had an item for “Construction Termination Cost Analysis” but it appears HART’s not ready for that conversation yet. The Honolulu City Council is still waiting on answers on how it can be cheaper to construct and tear down versus waiting to start work, so maybe they’ll get the first crack at it next week in committee.
