Now that the 2011 Reapportionment Commission has completed its work on finalizing district maps, candidates are already pulling papers to run for office.

But, do you know which state House and Senate district, congressional and county council district your residence now falls into?

The commission’s tech whizzes, Royce Jones and David Rosenbrock, have passed along this terrific map locator that makes it pretty easy to find out. (And there is no login required.)

“You can use the Layers pulldown to turn off all districts and then turn on only one if you want,” Jones explains. “You can also use the Basemap pulldown to switch to an imagery basemap.”
