Kahala Caucus Sees Flood Of Voters

More than 80 people crowded Kalani High school in Kahala as the vote opened for the republican caucus.

The majority are senior citizens and appear to be caucasian. Voting is by paper ballot, no speeches. People are greeted by one of five volunteers who help them with the Republican Party membership forms.
