Kauai High Schooler Gets Stun Gun Treatment in Arrest

Tumua Masaniai, an 18-year-old Kapaa High School student, was arrested yesterday at school in connection with a robbery and assault case, but he didn’t go down without a fight.

He got a life lesson he probably won’t forget soon when police resorted to using a stun gun on him.
