Her name is Esther Kiaaina and she’s running for the U.S. Congress (2nd District).

What started as a deathly quiet campaign last year has picked up momentum lately, with the naming of a campaign manager (Jo-Ann Adams), opening of a Maui headquarters and the fundraiser Thursday night (March 29) at the Plaza Club.
