The Hawaii Laborers’ Union will announce its selection for a mayoral endorsement tomorrow afternoon.

In a press invitation distributed today, Local 368 said it would reveal its pick at 1:30 p.m. at the University of Hawaii Cancer Research Center in Kakaako.

The union said it’s an affiliate of the Laborers’ International Union of North America, and represents about 5,000 Hawaii workers in the construction industry including landscaping, environmental remediation, ground maintenance and industrial plants.

So far, Kirk Caldwell has pulled in endorsements from 10 different unions. Read our most recent story about that here: Kirk Caldwell, Friend of the Working Man
