Hearings on D.R. Horton’s proposed 12,000 home development in Ewa will conclude Friday. 

Opponents of the development are calling Peter Brewbaker, a local economist; Tom Coffman of Hawaii’s Thousand Friends; and Jonathan Deenik, a professor of agriculture at the University of Hawaii.
