The Hawaii Republican Party will hold its first-ever presidential caucus Tuesday, and Mitt Romney, Ron Paul, Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich are all on the ballot.
But Hawaii’s top party official, Linda Lingle, is staying mum on her preference until the national party meets in Tampa, Fla., in late August.
