A selective list of bills and briefings Wednesday at the Capitol:

• Senate Judiciary and Labor will meet to consider a bill on workplace rules for breastfeeding.

• Senate Transportation and International Affairs will meet to address minors and ATVs and to decide whether to ask the state DOT to study expansion of zipper lanes in West Oahu.

• Senate Economic Development and Technology will meet to look at extending motion picture, digital media, and film production tax credits.

• Senate Commerce and Consumer Protection will meet to take up a whole mess of mortgage foreclosure legislation.

• House Housing will meet to deliberate over a bill that extends prohibition of promoting a controlled substance “in, on, or near schools, school vehicles, or public parks to include public housing projects and complexes.”
