A selective list of bills and briefings Wednesday at the Capitol:

Senate Judiciary and Labor will meet to consider a bill on workplace rules for breastfeeding.

Senate Transportation and International Affairs will meet to address minors and ATVs and to decide whether to ask the state DOT to study expansion of zipper lanes in West Oahu.

Senate Economic Development and Technology will meet to look at extending motion picture, digital media, and film production tax credits.

Senate Commerce and Consumer Protection will meet to take up a whole mess of mortgage foreclosure legislation.

House Housing will meet to deliberate over a bill that extends prohibition of promoting a controlled substance “in, on, or near schools, school vehicles, or public parks to include public housing projects and complexes.”
