A selective list of bills and briefings for Thursday at the Capitol:

• Senate Water, Land and Housing will hear a bill that prohibits any member of the Land Use Commission from voting on a matter before the LUC if the member has a conflict of interest.

• Senate Water, Land and Housing will hold a briefing to hear from the newly formed, and controversial, Public Land Development Corporation.

• House Judiciary will hear several measures regarding prostitution, sexual exploitation of minors and human trafficking;that last bill would create in part an informational poster.

• House Economic Revitalization & Business will hear a bunch of stuff, including a bill that allows the scanning and retention of personal information contained in an identification card or driver’s license.
