Honolulu Mayor Peter Carlisle and Nagaoka, Japan, Mayor Tamio Mori will sign a sister city agreement today.
The ceremony will be from 10:30 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. in the Mission Memorial Auditorium, according to a media advisory.
