Occupy Honolulu protesters didn’t meet much success yesterday. Judge Linda Luke denied protesters’ motion to dismiss the cases against them for staying in Thomas Square park after closing time on Nov. 5.
The protesters argued they didn’t know the boundaries of the park when they were arrested.
