North Dakota Drops Honolulu Police Applicant

I told you Friday that Honolulu Police Commission executive officer James Hughes was among five finalists for the Bismarck (North Dakota) police chief position.

Now, the list is down to four, and Hughes has been eliminated from consideration. According to the Bismarck Tribune, Hughes was dropped because he didn’t fill out the “accomplishments survey.”
