She’s been in office for barely two weeks, but Hawaii House Rep. Heather Giugni seems to like it so much that she’s already filed her candidate report with the Campaign Spending Commission.

Giugni was appointed by the governor last month to fill a vacancy left by Tom Okamura, himself appointed to fill a vacancy created by Blake Oshiro in December.

If Giugni does run, she could face Rep. Mark Takai, who has been reapportioned — last time we checked, anyway — into the same district.
